JinJu on 34th Street North is the kind of restaurant that earns a spot on your permanent rotation from the very first visit. The atmosphere is warm and vibrant, the sushi is fresh with a perfect rice-to-topping ratio, and the Korean BBQ and bibimbap arrive seasoned and sizzling like they mean it. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The staff is attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic about making your experience great. Absolutely incredible experience at Jinju Korean Grill and Sushi! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, welcoming, and perfect for a great meal out. The food was phenomenal—fresh sushi, perfectly seasoned dishes, and the Korean BBQ was cooked to perfection. Every bite was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without missing a beat. You can truly tell they take pride in both their food and service. Whether you’re craving sushi or Korean BBQ, this place delivers on all levels. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back again!

Jinju Korean is excellent. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The Tuna Lover was amazing and the Ribeye was tender and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was just as impressive and made for a great overall experience. Service was a bit slow, and we did receive the wrong appetizer at first. We wanted the Tuna Nachos but received Spicy Tuna Roll which still was delightful. That said, we still enjoyed everything and appreciated the effort—our server seemed a bit overwhelmed but was very kind. She was also on her 2nd shift working there so we had no issues with that. I was there once so I get it. As someone who manages multiple commercial properties and works closely with business owners, I can say this: you’ve built something special here. When the product is this strong, everything else is easy to refine. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Jinju is an amazing place to get Korean food! I got the Bibimbap. The bowl came still sizzling and the portion size is huge. The taste was amazing! Our server Bre has great energy and was extremely helpful. For drinks she suggested the soju flight since we'd never had Soju before. It's like a flavored vodka but WAY smoother. Very tasty, but be careful they'll get to you without you noticing. 😂 Will definitely be back. Thanks, Bre!

What am amazing hidden gem! Our waitress, Bre, was an absolute delight. She just radiated a kind and joyful spirit. She was super helpful with suggestions and explaining what things were. We choose to go with her suggestion of the soju flight and, boy was that an amazing pick! A funny little side note - I didn't know what lychee was so I was about to Google it but she was able to tell me about them. 😊 I got the kimchi fried rice. The reviews were correct, it's delicious. My husband got the bibimbap and that thing was a work of art. The portions are huge. The flavor is huge-er. The restaurant itself was just lovely. We'll 100% be back again, after all I did promise Bre to try out some sushi, I hear the Volcano one is really good. 🥰
